Social worker, I followed various training courses in personal development, notably in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), certified by INPER Lausanne, and in conflict management, obtaining the family mediator diploma at HES-SO Geneva . This experience acquired with families made me aware of the conflictual relationships that persist and which sometimes weaken health.

My journey as a therapist has been oriented towards complementarity, where social support, personal development and the release of bodily tensions combine to promote overall well-being.

My therapeutic practice is inspired by the following methods: classic, therapeutic and connective tissue massage, cranial, abdominal Chi Nei Tsang massage, stick massage, trigger points and neurovascular Health Through Touch (SPT) in kinesiology, educational kinesiology, visualization technique, sound therapy, vibrations and hot stones on the energy centers.
